1. Engagement & Milestone Protocol
By commissioning services from Rudra Expression, both parties agree to our milestone sprint protocol. All projects begin with a strategic Discovery & Wireframing / Scripting milestone. Work progresses to production only upon explicit client sign-off on milestone deliverables.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final settlement of project invoices, all custom source code, Git repositories, Figma design files, and final uncompressed 9:16 video exports become 100% the intellectual property of the client with unrestricted, perpetual commercial rights.
3. Milestone Satisfaction Guarantee
If during the initial Discovery & Wireframing / Scripting phase you are not satisfied with our strategic creative direction, you may terminate the engagement prior to code build or video rendering with zero obligation for subsequent milestone fees.
4. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Performance
For custom Next.js builds, we guarantee an audited mobile Lighthouse score of 90+ on clean deployments. Third-party trackers or external scripts added by the client post-launch that affect performance are audited and optimized under our Care retainer agreements.
5. Commercial Invoicing & Business Entity
Services are rendered under Rudra Expression Digital (Proprietorship / Independent Studio), led by founder Ayush Bhutada. Official commercial invoices suitable for enterprise B2B vendor onboarding, expense settlement, and procurement are issued for all deliverables (GST Invoicing Available Upon Request). Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed prior to confidential onboarding upon request.
